Terms and policies that apply to vendors selling on Vendorah
Vendorah Aramex Courier Delivery Policy (Vendors)

1. Purpose
This Policy protects Vendorah financially and legally while allowing Vendors to access Aramex courier delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vendors are responsible for accurate parcel information
• Vendors are responsible for proper packaging and preparation
• Vendors bear all courier penalties and cost adjustments
• Vendorah may deduct courier-related costs from Vendor payouts
• Abuse may result in penalties, suspension, or removal
2. Core Principles
• Aramex courier account is owned by Vendorah (Pty) Ltd
• Vendors are privileged users, not owners
• Access is conditional, monitored, and revocable
• Vendorah retains final authority over eligibility, costs, and enforcement
3. Authorized Use Only
Vendors may ONLY use Aramex courier for:
• Fully paid vendorahh orders
NOT permitted:
• Personal shipments
• Off-platform sales
• Unauthorized replacements or returns
• Test shipments
4. Weight & Size Limits
Platform limits:
• 5 kg limit - Standard Aramex Express Road
• 7 kg limit - Aramex Click & Collect
Applies to actual OR volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
Exceeding Limits:
• Parcels may still be delivered
• Additional charges are borne by the Vendor
• Exceeding limits does NOT shift cost to Vendorah
5. Accurate Declaration (MANDATORY)
Vendors MUST:
• Accurately declare dimensions and weight
• Ensure declarations match physical parcel
• Accurately describe contents and delivery details
Misdeclaration results in:
• Post-delivery courier adjustments
• Penalty fees
• Vet score deductions
• Financial deductions from payouts
• Suspension for repeated violations
6. Packaging Standards
Vendors are solely responsible for:
• Proper and secure packaging
• Correct sealing and labeling
• Ability to withstand standard handling
• Compliance with courier and regulatory requirements
Packaging failures resulting in penalties, damage, or returns are charged to the Vendor.
7. Flat-Rate Delivery & Cost Adjustments
• Vendorah may charge customers a flat-rate delivery fee
• Actual courier cost may be higher or lower than flat rate
• Vendors subsidize overages where applicable
• Systematic abuse results in loss of courier privileges
8. Payment Deductions
Vendorah may deduct from Vendor payouts:
• Courier penalty fees
• Weight/volumetric adjustments
• Packaging failure costs
• Collection no-show fees
• Incorrect address fees
• Prohibited item penalties
• Repeated compliance violation fines
9. Failed Collections
If Vendor is unavailable at scheduled collection:
• Customer may be eligible for full refund
• Vendor incurs vet score deductions
• Performance penalties apply
• Repeated failures result in suspension
10. Compliance & Enforcement
Repeated violations may result in:
• Vet score penalties
• Temporary loss of courier privileges
• Permanent removal of courier access
• Account suspension or termination
