1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vendorahh platform, operated by BluEclipse (Pty) Ltd.
By accessing or using vendorahh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Overview
vendorahh is an online marketplace connecting vendors and customers for the sale of goods and services.
The platform facilitates:
• product listings and discovery;
• order placement and fulfilment;
• payment processing and escrow management;
• delivery coordination;
• dispute resolution.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
• provide accurate and complete information;
• maintain the security of your account credentials;
• notify vendorahh immediately of any unauthorised access;
• be responsible for all activities under your account.
4. User Conduct — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
vendorahh has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. There are no warnings and no second chances for serious violations.
Users must not:
• violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices;
• interfere with platform operations;
• harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or abuse other users;
• post hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
• post nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexual content involving minors;
• post violent, graphic, or gory content, or threats of violence;
• post spam, scams, or misleading listings;
• list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited items;
• upload malicious code or harmful content;
• impersonate another person or business.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit — including listings, images, reviews, and messages. By submitting content you confirm it does not breach this section.
Reporting, blocking and enforcement:
• Every store, product, service, and conversation carries a report control. Any user may flag content they believe is objectionable.
• Any user may block another user. Blocking immediately removes that user's conversation from your messages and prevents them from contacting you again. You can manage blocked users from your profile.
• Reports and blocks are sent to our moderation team automatically.
• We review every report within 24 hours. Content found to breach these Terms is removed, and the account responsible is suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
• We may remove content and terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we believe this section has been breached.
5. Product Listings & Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for:
• accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability;
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• fulfillment of orders according to stated terms;
• quality and safety of products sold.
6. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to:
• pay the stated price plus applicable fees;
• provide accurate delivery information;
• accept the selected fulfilment method.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. vendorahh may use escrow services to protect both buyers and sellers.
7. Delivery & Fulfilment
Delivery options include:
• Store delivery (vendor handles delivery);
• Customer pickup;
• Courier service (through third-party providers like Aramex).
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Vendorah Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Disputes
Disputes between users may be resolved through the Vendorah Dispute Resolution process.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vendorah is not liable for:
• quality, safety, or legality of products sold;
• accuracy of user-provided information;
• actions or omissions of vendors, customers, or third-party service providers;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
Vendorah may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
