Vendorah

Built for the businesses that keep South Africa moving

Vendorah is an all-in-one business platform and protected commerce network for South African product and service businesses. We bring online stores, bookings, orders, accounting, invoicing, delivery and customer communication into one connected system — run day to day by you, or by Vallery, your AI business assistant.

Meet Vallery, your business ally

Vallery is Vendorah's AI-powered business operator — built to run the business through conversation instead of a dozen dashboards. Ask it to look something up, make a change, or explain how the business is doing, and it works through the same systems and permissions you would use yourself.

It is not a chatbot bolted onto the side of the platform — it is wired directly into the business, and it can only act through approved, permissioned actions.

More than a marketplace

Vendorah gives South African businesses the tools to build their online presence, manage daily operations and transact with customers from one platform. A business can create its own custom storefront, sell products, accept service bookings, manage orders and inventory, produce quotations and invoices, track its finances, arrange delivery and communicate with customers.

At the same time, Vendorah connects participating businesses and customers through a broader protected commerce network built around trust, accountability and safer transactions — the business platform comes first; the network is what it plugs into.

Running a small business should not require a collection of disconnected systems

Many small businesses piece their operations together across social media, messaging apps, spreadsheets and separate paid tools. Orders get lost in chats, stock is hard to track, accounting is delayed, and customers have little protection when they pay. More complete business systems are often too expensive, too complicated, or built for much larger companies. Vendorah exists to close that gap — professional business infrastructure that is affordable, practical and accessible to the people who need it most.

Built around the way real small businesses work

Selling products, selling services, or both — Vendorah does not force a business into a shape it does not fit.

Product businesses

For businesses selling physical or digital products.

  • Custom online storefront
  • A full product catalogue — built to handle a large range
  • Regular, on-request and lead-time products
  • Variants with their own price, stock and images
  • Promotions and deals
  • Checkout, order and inventory management
  • Courier, self-delivery and pickup options
  • Secure digital product delivery

Service businesses

For businesses that sell their time, expertise or labour.

  • Service listings
  • Availability and capacity controls
  • An advanced calendar for staff, rooms and equipment
  • Customer bookings and appointment management
  • Quotations and invoices
  • Customer communication
  • Service-related expenses and accounting

Hybrid businesses

For businesses that sell products and services together — a technician selling parts and repairs, a beauty business with appointments and retail, a creative studio selling work and commissions, a contractor quoting a job and supplying the materials.

  • Everything from both sides, on one storefront
  • One catalogue for products and services
  • One set of orders, bookings and accounts
  • No juggling two separate systems to run one business

One connected system for the whole business

Six pillars, not a feature dump — tap any of them for what is actually included.

Trust should be part of the transaction

Small businesses often struggle to earn customer trust online, while customers face the risk of scams, non-delivery and misrepresented products. Vendorah is designed to make accountability part of the transaction itself.

Protected payments

Funds move through TradeSafe's independent transaction process, not straight into a stranger's account.

Transaction status tracking

Every order shows exactly where the money and the goods currently stand.

Delivery evidence

Waybills, tracking and delivery confirmation give both sides a record of what happened.

Verification codes

A confirmation code at handover is proof of delivery for the seller and proof of receipt for the buyer.

Dispute processes

A structured path to resolve, reject or escalate a disagreement, instead of a stand-off in a chat thread.

Vendor vetting

Sellers submit identity and address verification before they can trade.

Confidence & trust signals

Ongoing signals help flag risk early — we explain the purpose without publishing the formula for anyone to game.

Designed as one platform, not a collection of add-ons

Built for products and services

Many platforms are primarily a store, a booking system or an accounting tool. Vendorah connects all three.

Business management and commerce together

Vendorah does not stop once a storefront exists — it supports everything that happens behind it.

Designed for South African businesses

Payments, delivery methods, pricing and customer expectations are built around the local market, not adapted from one.

Professional tools at small-business pricing

Access to tools that are usually spread across several expensive software subscriptions.

Intelligence across the whole business

Orders, products, services, bookings, customers, delivery and accounting all sit in one system — so Vallery can help across all of it, not just one isolated corner.

Shaped by real business owners

Vendorah was developed alongside product and service vendors who helped identify the practical challenges businesses face every day. Their feedback shaped how Vendorah handles products, services, fulfilment, bookings, store management and protected transactions — and it continues to evolve through direct feedback from the businesses using it.

Built in George, South Africa

Vendorah was founded in George, in the Western Cape, by Mia Kuhn and Nathan De Jager. Combining business, product and software development experience, the founders set out to build the infrastructure that small businesses are usually expected to assemble for themselves. Vendorah is developed by BluEclipse Technologies and continues to be shaped locally — with the ambition of helping businesses across South Africa and, eventually, other developing markets.
