Meet the team behind Vendorah
Vendorah is built by two people. Mia Kuhn runs the business and brought in the protected-payment system and the courier partnerships the platform ships on. Nathan De Jager wrote the platform — all of it. That is a small team for what it does, and it is the reason the whole thing works as one system rather than a set of tools that happen to share a login.

She led the protected-payment system that money moves through, and negotiated the courier partnerships that let a small store ship nationwide on the same terms a large one gets. Both are the kind of work that has to be in place before the platform can do anything useful with a real order.
Her focus now is commercial growth: getting Vendorah in front of the businesses that need it most, and building the partner relationships the platform runs on.

Full profileNathan is the sole developer of the entire Vendorah system. Every part of it — the web application, the Android and iOS apps, the API, the database, the accounting engine, the courier integrations, the protected-payment flow and the AI assistant — was designed and written by him.
That means one person holds the whole architecture in their head, which is unusual at this scale and is why the platform is connected rather than stitched together: orders, products, services, bookings, delivery and accounting share one data model instead of talking to each other through exports.
It also shapes how the platform is built. Security and reversibility are decided at the architecture level rather than patched at the edges — which is why Vallery, the AI assistant, can read the whole business but cannot change anything without a person approving the exact diff.

Our courier partnerships
A one-person business should be able to ship on the same terms a warehouse gets. These are the carriers a Vendorah store can book directly from an order — no separate account, no separate login, and the waybill and tracking come back into the order itself.

Door-to-door, nationwideThe original integration, and still the default for nationwide door-to-door delivery. Collection is booked from the store and the waybill comes back into the order.
The Courier Guy
Door-to-door, live-quotedPriced live against the actual delivery address rather than a flat rate, so a customer two suburbs away is not charged as though they were across the country.
PUDO
Locker networkThe Courier Guy’s locker network. The customer collects from a locker instead of waiting in, which is cheaper and works for anyone without a reliable daytime address. Parcels up to 60 × 41 × 69 cm and 15 kg.
A store switches on whichever of these it wants and chooses per product which are offered, so the options a customer sees at checkout are only the ones that parcel can actually ship by. Store-managed delivery and customer collection sit alongside them for anyone who would rather handle it themselves.

The protected-payment system
Customer money does not land in a stranger's account and hope for the best. It moves through TradeSafe's independent transaction process, and is released against what actually happened — the carrier reporting delivery, the customer confirming receipt. Both sides get a record, and a dispute has a structured path instead of an argument in a chat thread.

Built alongside the businesses using it
Vendorah was developed with product and service vendors who pointed out the practical problems they deal with daily — orders lost in chat threads, stock nobody can track, accounting done months late, customers who have no reason to trust a business they found on social media. Their feedback shaped how the platform handles products, fulfilment, bookings and protected transactions, and it still does. With a team of two, the distance between a vendor mentioning something and it being fixed is short.
