Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (SAST, UTC+2). We reply to every request within 24 hours on business days. Urgent delivery and payment issues are prioritised.
Open the Vendorah app and go to Orders (or use Track Order on the website) to see live status. Courier deliveries show tracking as soon as the store hands the parcel over. If the status has not changed for more than 48 hours, send us the order number and we will follow up with the store and courier.
Payments are held in escrow until you confirm delivery, so funds are not released to the seller while an order is unresolved. Open a dispute from the order screen, or submit a Refund Request below with your order number and what went wrong. Our team reviews refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
Select "Payment Issue" in the form below and include the date, amount and the last four digits of the card used. Duplicate authorisations are usually released by your bank within 3–7 business days; we can confirm what Vendorah actually captured.
Open the booking from your Bookings list and use Cancel or Reschedule where the store allows it. If the booking window has closed, contact us with the booking reference and we will contact the store on your behalf.
Every listing, chat and profile has a Report option, and you can block any user from your messages. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and violating content is removed. You can also select "Report Content or a User" below.
You can request deletion from Profile → Settings in the app, or use the account deletion request page linked below. We confirm deletion by email.
Vendorah does not tolerate abusive, fraudulent or offensive content. Use the Report option on any listing, chat or profile, or contact us above — reports are reviewed within 24 hours and offending content and accounts are removed. You can block any user from your messages at any time.
